PS1/2 PSX 24MB memory card

I just bought a 24MB memory card for the PSX and the manual's in some language I can't understand

I think it's a Scandinavian one . Could anyone help me translate this thing (Well, just the important bits) on how to use this?

Or point me to a site that translates this to English would be fine too

I can gather it's talking about the analog stick, select and R1/L1...Which doesn't sound like instructions for a memory card

Since my PS2 didn't arrive yet I can't really test it out yet
