I tried some quick search about the issue that PS3 and PS Vita can no longer be connected to transfer data between them, since arround 2022. My question goes regard, if someone tried to restore that functionality through CFW or HEN yet, and if not, if is theorically feasible to implement it in the future.

I don't know what you are trying to do but if it does not work on PS3 it probably does on PC.

The PS3 firmware has not changed in forever. They just update it for blu-ray keys.
Maybe I have explained my question on a really bad way.
First, yes, I know you can connect PS Vita to PC through QCMA,
Second, Obviously PS3 Firmware has not a change on years maybe, but when they introduced the obligation to use 2FA to log in on PS Vita/PS3 (not sure about PSP, but would say also yes), the PS3-PS Vita connection was broken up to now.
A practical example is (taking account not PS3 or PS Vita have some kind of CFW/Exploit), you cannot play MGS1 on Vita, because is not on Vita Store, but you were able to copy MGS1 from PS3 to Vita and play on it, given both consoles shared the same account.
Third, my question goes toward if the issue mentioned above, has been tried to be fixed on PS3 side with HEN/CFW, or in Vita side with Henkaku or a plugin. And, if no one has fixed it, if its technically possible or not to do so.
Finally, sorry if the reply text was too long, or sounded somewhat rude, but was not my intention, I really appreciate at least you tried to give me a proper answer.
