Hacking PSVita - Force full brightness plugin/mod?

Sorry if it's been asked before:

I know there is something along these lines with NTR on 3DS...

Is there a plug in or mod or way to force the brightness to be at full even in those games where it's stuck at 75% ?

Im not sure if this is an issue with the Slim model only as in my non-HENkaku Fat I have never encountered this problem, but in my HENkaku'd Slim, games like Dead Nation, DQB and many more the brightness is stuck at 75% and I can only lower it.

You can only increase the brightness by using a plugin to underclock the CPU/GPU. It seems that brightness is locked to how fast the processor is working

Ha! that kind of worked using OclockVita, or better said: the bar does go full on when I put it at Max Battery setting although I dont really notice any change in brightness.

I guess all that is to prevent the machine from exploding xD
