Hacking PSP theme help

I am making a psp theme with the toolkit, but nothing will convert my bmp wallpaper to 480x272, it only lets me do 480x272. How can i fix this?

The way you worded your post is weird and makes pretty much no sense, but if you just want a bitmap image with the resolution you want, all you have to do is use MS Paint...
