Gaming PSP July Bundle for PAL Regions?

Down here there is a very good price on a Harry Potter Vibrant Blue bundle. Any ideas on which firmware it has on it?
I should get one quickly before PSPs with this 5.51 come into the shops...

Go into the shop and ask if you can check the screen for dead pixels before you buy. Check the firmware whilst you're looking at the screen...

Does firmware 5.51 do anything to stop ChickHEN/Exploits/etc?

EDIT: It says here on Wikipedia that Sony ships PSPs with 5.02 firmware. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Portable_system_software) On another forum I saw something about someone asking about a newly purchased PSP and the post was dated early this month. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
