Here's the problem. I start a movie slide it closed and the screen goes black. I push the play station button on the front and the screen comes back on but it is sitting in the menu, the movie has stopped so I have to slide it open again to start the movie.

Is there any way to keep the movie playing in the closed position?

Managed to work this out I just have to push the power button into the locked position before sliding the screen closed.

I told you I was a PSP noob!!!

Go into settings and display close option, choose standard.
