Hacking PSP Fat and Slim

i found that psp ca be Fat or Slim whats the difference
in hacking terms

One is slim and other is fat

Naw j/k, if youre referencing to the PSP 1000 model I think it has only 32 MB of RAM while 2000 and 3000 and Go I think have 64 MB.
