Homebrew Psp emulator.

Hey i'm new to Homebrew and i was wondering if there was a psp emulator in the works or is it not possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 3ds is no where near powerful enough to emulate a psp

ppsspp works rather well on android played a number of games on it
