i don't know how hard this would be but can someone make a application for the PSP that auto downloads and replaces the cheat files (like the NDS)? I know it's only a small convenience, but it is still convenience.

I've pinned the thread. Nice work on the cheat database. I've just started using it on my PSP.

I have a problem though, I can't get any of the codes to work for Prinny. Other games work though.

xD, I like how it has cheats for both the Japanese Disgaea releases, but not the localized Afternoon of Darkness.
The database is really massive though, I like it, though I don't see myself using it much...

What is the best program to use for cheats? currently using CWcheat but with cheatup you can choose for many programs...

I would suggest using either CheatMaster Fusion or CWCheat. They both offer the same features for the end users (people who aren't making codes) but CheatMaster Fusion is much better for doing searches and also has (in my opinion) a better user interface but is a little confusing to use at first. CheatMaster Fusion can be downloaded from here.
