Okay so my psp stucks at boot screen if i dont press and hold the cpu but when i press and hold it while booting the menu shows up. Can i fix it without changing motherboard etc.?

Stick a coin or two on the CPU so it creates some pressure?
Sounds like some bad solder joint somewhere, creating pressure is just a temporary fix.
Reflowing it might work but in all honesty, getting a new motherboard or new PSP would be best.
