Hacking PSP 2000 shutting down itself when laoding iso

Hi,

I just updated my psp 2000 today from 5.50 to 6.60 pro c, everything works fine until now it cant load any iso in memory stick, it loads up psp screen then psp turn off itself and had to manually turn it on again. however i still can play eboot psn games. i tried formatting the memory, delete every plugin but no luck. any idea why? is it possibly hardware problem?

Shouldn't be an hardware problem (it's not a Wii or PS3, no need to even have the original optical drive inside)

I would try reinstalling the firmware then the CFW, sounds like a corrupted module (you tried changing the iso driver first from the recovery or vsh menu, right?)

If all else fails, you can convert iso to eboot with a program by Leecherman

solved it, tuns out you have to change iso mode to m33 from inferno, kinda weird bcs inferno work fine last time i used it. many thanks gbatemp members

Make sure force hi memory is disabled in the VSH menu.
