I bought a used PSP for £40 and obviously I asked to try it before I bought it, when I got home I tried to turn it on while it was plugged to mains and it wouldn't boot, the led would go from red to green then after a few seconds it would go back to red, but it boots when the charger isn't on.
I've checked to see if the battery charges and it does, it's just a issue with booting while on mains.
Does anyone know why this happens?
