I am planning on hacking a PSP, there are two ones I can buy, a PSP 1000 with no battery, or a PSP 3000?Which one should I get, and will changing the PSP 1000's battery be a issue?
Are the replacement batteries for the PSP 1000 bad, because the Amazon reviews for them are pretty bad.either one is fine. the 300 has a brighter screen than the 1000 series. also, look into a psp go if you like having 16gb of built in storage.

psp 1000 has 32 mb of ram, where 2000 and up got 64, this improved loading on games on discs, not sure if it does a difference in isos.. however IIRC some homebrew took advantage of thiseither one is fine. the 300 has a brighter screen than the 1000 series. also, look into a psp go if you like having 16gb of built in storage.
if you get a cheap one they will be bad. but that goes for any third party psp battery. I suggest the 3000 for reasons stated above. Are the replacement batteries for the PSP 1000 bad, because the Amazon reviews for them are pretty bad.
Well what if I am getting a huge discount, they are selling me the PSP 1000 for $32.99.if you get a cheap one they will be bad. but that goes for any third party psp battery. I suggest the 3000 for reasons stated above.
choose what you want. just get an official sony battery for itWell what if I am getting a huge discount, they are selling me the PSP 1000 for $32.99.

Well the PSP 2000 isn't available at the shop I am buying it at, so which one is better for hacking? P.S. the main reason I am buying it from were I am is because I have a gift-card to use.I am not trying to be difficult here, but I seriously would suggest a 2000.
