I have a self modded psp 2000. My friend on the other hand, has a psp 1000 that he wants to mod. I've kinda clued him in to the steps he has to take, but I have no idea what fw would be the most suitable for him. I run prome 4, but being his is currently at fw 1.5 I wasn't sure of what to recommend to him. He just cares about psp games, not psx. I know he does have interest in emulators though so if anyone has any suggestions it would help. Thanks in advance.

Well, I was more inquiring what the best firmware would be for him. The process of doing it I am already aware of, thank you though.

    I do but the optometrist I got my glasses at last year was expensive as fuck even WITH my insurance, so I'm gonna order on Zenni and see if my insurance will reimburse it. And if they won't, then, oh well, still will be cheaper anyway

    The thought of any kind of surgery shit being done on my eyes gives me unbelievable amounts of dread and anxiety, and with the potential risks or side effects that laser eye surgery has, I don't think my eyes are bad enough to warrant it. I can see without my glasses - not great, but not bad either.
