That's a downgrade from rxTools imo lol, why have a CFW sysnand if you aren't on A9LH?

The only reason I stayed on RxTools is because I already know how to use it, and it's good for something to start with. I have a Gateway, and do most of my game playing with that, if I'm not playing games on my legit cartridges. Retail games always come first for me. RxTools also allows me to play certain DSi games I've never been able to try before. And emulators? I have a PSP for that, so yeah. I also only use it to play with cheats, save hacks, etc. when playing through a whole game (usually RPG) to cut down on GRINDING times.

The main reason to use RxTools would be to have a menuhax setup. Simple as that. Personally I'm on A9LH w/ Luma

Oh I get that, just wondering why you'd mention Pasta when it is already integrated into rxTools. Either way, I do agree that rxTools is and has been outdated for some time now, and new users should use updated CFWs as you said. The only thing it's good for right now is updating to 9.2 (rxTools seems to have the most compatiblity with users under 9.0 firmware, but I think Cakes covers this too).
I run a rxTools tutorial, but I am on A9LH w/ Luma as well, though I'm looking forward to the rxTools "reboot"

I used to use Rxtools with Mset and menuhax back when it was the best CFW but I got sick of the freezing and sometimes it broke (menuhax and mset and i needed to reinstall them)
Its good A9LH with Luma came as its much better

Right, because fixes for deadly and very common bugs are definitely "extra features" that you don't need. At least use duke_srg's fork, which cleans up some of these

No matter what you all say, the don't fix what ain't broke statement stands. It doesn't matter that an entrypoint is slow or that a CFW has less features. It's not broken, it doesn't not function (if that made any sense). Basically let people use what they want. If things continue this way rxTools will become the new Gateway, despite it being one of those 'free cfw open sauce lmaoo' that everyone raves about.

Because there are innumerable posts and threads on "how do i do X on rxtoolz" or "halp rxtools update" etc. etc. when most issues people have with RxTools could be fixed by simply switching to a better CFW.

I personally have no issue if people choose to use RxTools for whatever reason, but if you have issues using it, then it's really your own fault, and should probably just switch to something like Luma3DS to save yourself and everyone else the trouble.

Edit: The thing is, I'm pretty sure that this is OP's point; that people should stop using RxTools because there are so many people having issues (and continually posting about them) that could be solving by switching to another CFW. People seem to have ignored (or not even bothered to notice) this point, and just assume that OP is trying to force a subjective view on other people, which he's not doing at all (at least in my view).
