Homebrew PSA For Devs: Change Your Boot Splash

In the wake of freeShop being DMCA'd for using the vanilla 3DS game boot splash, we don't know who will be next, and developers should seriously consider changing theirs. Nintendo probably won't come after anyone else, but it's probably a good idea to do it as a contingency.

Yeah this^. I thought it had to do with modifying the bootrom and that hasn't been publicized yet so.....

I could only get the Ninty ones and the homebrew one to work, no other strings worked for me.

Not the boot logo (which doesn't actually exist, and can be added), the "Nintendo 3DS" logo that appears when a game starts.
Also, wouldn't this fall under SEGA vs. Accolade?
