PS5 error SU-101244-2

Getting SU-101244-2 while doing full resinstall in safe mode of ps5.
First i thought its to do with bd drive failure but seems to fail at 1% or less during update and seems like ssd controller chip on board has failed, anybody came across this issue or solution?

Could be ram.

Playstation was not used for 6 months, turned on after 6 months and this happened.
