Ps5 BLOD problem

Hello I bought a used PS5 with Blue Light Of Death
When I turn it on the blue light keeps pulsing never stops with black screen Can't boot to safe mode
So I did a read to syscon and here is the log in short:

I checked fuses f7501/f3501 no problem
I checked all other fuse no problem
I checked if metal liquid and it's not spilled over the apu
I checked all voltages on standby and all is good
The console is very clean and haven't been opened before
Now I'm stuck! Any help will be

Check the fuses (F3501, F7501) with a multimeter → must have continuity.
These 2 fuses provide power to the APU and if they are broken, the APU will not respond due to a lack of power.

Another possibility is that the APU needs to be reballed/reflowed because it is not receiving (all) the required power lines.
