Hardware PS4 Slim No power

My PS4 slim has no power. No lights, no fan nothing. The power supply is tested and ok.
I’ve found some capacitors that are shorted to ground on the logic board. Can replacement fix the power issue?

have you tried factory resetting the device?
but remember to save the games on a USB, so you don't have to restart the games you have played.
 
meaning that have you tryed factory resseting your ps4

How can you factory reset when the unit doesn't even post, he needs to have it in working state for it to do factory reset, don't give stupid tip, just create more work for other.

@Petrol69 Those caps are more than likely not the cause of the short to ground. It would probably be the chip in the middle of those caps that has shorted or even another chip. You would have to remove the chip and retest for shorts. I wouldn’t attempt this without having the proper equipment and skills.
