Ps4 internal hd - missing data(?)

Hi, I transfered a 32gb pkg to the root of my ps4 via ftp with filezilla, it was a successful transfer, but I cant find the file anywhere with ps4-xplorer and even filezilla dont show the pkg on ps4 root, I just have spent 40min looking for the file (on ps4) and didnt find it, anyone knows if the system auto archives any file sent to the root of the ps4 hdd (and where)?

The root is partitions and mount points.
