No there's not and there won't be anytime soon. The tech just isn't there yet. You're much better off just getting the system now because by the time there's a PS4 emulator the PS4 will be long dead.

There isn't currently and won't be for a while. We still barely even have a PS3 emulator and don't even have one for the xbox 360

Moreover, RPCS3 seems to be making nice progress as well, so I wouldn't exactly say there's barely one now.

As for the topic in question, I agree that there just won't be any PS4 emu anytime soon. From what I know, the system just hasn't been blown open enough to warrant one yet, and no-one has appeared to be actively interested at all at even attempting one..

It's a 'pick your poison' situation atm for OG Xbox emulation though. Cxbx-r has pretty much full-speed emulation, but often buggy graphics and a poor compatibility. xqemu however is a QEMU-based Xbox emulator with a good compatibility, but very slow emulation because it attempts to be too accurate as possible to real hardware.

...for the love of God, enough with this. If someone wants to play a PS4, XBOX One or Switch game, please stop being cheap and buy the game you so want to play and support the companies. It is good for the gaming community! Of course, you can't buy a NEO GEO arcade machine easily or I can understand that you don't want to pay again for FFVII or Crash Bandicoot or Mario 64 so OK, in these type of cases, use emulation... But be fair and contribute also...
