Hardware PS4 Dump NOR

Hi,

I want to dump my PS4 NOR following this video :

The man say you have to unsolder the chip to dump it.

I just want to ask if somebody know if i can dump the nor without unsolder the chip ?

you can dump NOR from CUH-12xx, Slim and Pro models without unsoldering the chip, but it won't work on CUH-10xx and CUH-11xx series systems, it has to be removed from the board

So for my slim model (CUH-2016B) i can dump without unseldoring the chip ?

yes, but be very careful where you solder the wires on the board, it's very hard to solder them directly to the chip contacts/leads, unless you're using super thin wires, soldering to the end cap of the resistors that sit next to the chip is probably easier, but the resistors also can be damaged if you accidentally pull out the wires, and then the system won't turn on
