PS4 cheat code finding on V12.02 possible ??

Hi guys

im thinking about having a mess about finding codes and patching eboot.bin's like i used to back in the ps3 days on my DEX console iirc

so what im asking is it possible ?
im on V12.02
i will need tools and payloads if and hopefully they have been updated ?
