I’m using a jailbroken PS4 (FW 11.00) with Luckfox kit.
Recently, my PS4 keeps booting into Safe Mode showing “Connect DUALSHOCK 4” even though I shut it down properly.
I found that a Blu-ray disc was left inside the console, and it might be causing system conflicts with the BD-J jailbreak.
After intialised with fw11.00 .pup , the system works, but this problem has happened 2–3 times already.
I want to know how to stop this issue permanently and keep my PS4 stable after jailbreak use.
