Hacking Ps3xploit fail

I always get exploit initialization failed! when I Try to instal ps3xploit can someone help me?


and does someone know if i can olso use a micro sd adapter?

Here are a couple of suggestions...

1. Make sure you bookmark the page for the exploit, and set the PS3-browser to start on a blank page. This ensures that nothing has been loaded before you load and run the exploit.
2. Make sure all pre-requisites are met, like having the flash_482.hex (or .jpg) in the correct place (depending on if you are using USB or HDD).
3. It may take several tries before it works, at most I think I tried like 15 times, and at best after first or second attempt.

I could never get this to work then i tried it with a different usb flash drive and it worked first time so try a different usb drive. I just copied the files from one tp the other so it was not because i was missing anything.

Yes the first was 8gb the one that worked was 2gb heard from other people that they only got it working with 2gb or less as well.

Like i said previously you should use something that is 2gb or less

I am/was using a ADATA 16GB USB 2.0 stick. So I doubt size matters, in this case.

The success rate for people is massively higher when smaller storage is used. It can take people round about 30 to 40 tries with bigger storage. For people with smaller storage its 1 or 2 tries. With bigger storage its all aboit how lucky you get lol even some guides tell you to use smaller storage to run the hack.

I'm using a 4gb lexar stick, and I'm totally stuck. I've tried everything I've found on the forums, and can't get it to install hen
