Hardware PS3 - Xbox-style controller?

I was wondering if there are any decent PS3-controllers out there with the Xbox-style of Analog-Stick placement?

PS3Xpad is a real pain and only works with some games. What I personally did was get the Mayflash Magic-NS and use a Xbox controller S on my PS3 now.
