Hacking ps3 vitamin psp emulator possible?

its been a long time since i messed with my ps3s but lately ive been playing my slim120gb and was wondering if the ps3 firmware has a psp emulator built in like ps2 and ps1? i remember converting psp.iso games into a ps3 compatable and installable format. so i was wondering if it was possible to run a psp xmb enviroment as ps3 app and then run psp homebrew with that like whats done on the psvita? end goal getting daedalusx64 on ps3

yeah ps3 emulates ps1, ps2 and psp with x2 resultion and 90% compatibillity.
