Hacking Ps3 using ofw saves from psn on cfw ps3

So I got 2 ps3s I wanna sell the ofw one and transfer the saves to my cfw but I have to upload some to psn cause they protected would I have to use use psnpatch to log in my cfw download em and use em with the fake save data turned on or would I have to use resign
