I was able to get Remoteplay working for PS3 on Windows 10 but I found it to be terrible however I am still interested in one thing you can turn on the PS3 from the Remoteplay which I want to do on PC but you're supposed to be signed into PSN on latest firmware. Is there a hacky way around this? Or would I need to use one of those apps that lets you sign into PSN? And also would I still need to update?

I have Rebug CFW 4.82 not Hen.

Just be on one of the latest CFW. Make sure your PS3 is wired on a gigabit router with cat 6 wire(for more performances).

Yeah I don't wanna use it I just wanna turn on my PS3 with it. It only plays a handful of games and is horrible anyway, and it makes the screen blank on the PS3 which was a bad decision. On PS4 I can use a Pc controller while I have the HDMI set to the PS4, but on PS3 when you use remoteplay you only can see the remoteplay screen. But turning on the PS3 from PC would be nice since I only have one official dualshock 3 and some of the buttons don't work so I could throw it in the closet instead of using it just to turn on the PS3.
