Gaming PS3 ISO/ game foler > PKG??

Like the title say's been looking and I heard that PSN Liberator can change ISO/game folder into PKG. But I heard it's hit or miss does anyone have a guide or tutorial I can follow?

I believe that's backwards (unless it does both) I know for sure PSN Liberator turns PKG into ISO, not sure about the other way around.

But I don't recommend using it because it erased 600 gb of my ISOs on my external hard drive that I had to redownload.

Take note that even if you are on CFW or ODE the ISO -> PKG method also works without installing or needing HAN.
