Android ps3 gamepad on a nexus 7

Sorry if theres a whole bunch of these threads , i didnt have time to check , anyways can i use bluetooth without a rooted nexus 7 , and if not can someone point me in the direction of the better nexus 7 rooting method . thanks.

Rooting usually doesn't remove any content.

As for using your PS3 controller on your Nexus, should work just fine. You'll need to pair the controller to your device's Bluetooth ID, which can be annoying if you also use the controller for your PS3 as well (as you'll have to pair it each time you connect to your PS3 as well). Otherwise, it works great and I've used it just about since the app was released and I've had no problems with it.
