Gordon Freeman in the flesh. Or rather, in the Playstation 3 port. I took the liberty of relieving you of your PS3 store; most of them were Sony's property. As for the port, I think you’ve earned it. Given the current status of my Quake 3 ports, which I'm feeling satisfied so far (although there's still a lot of stuff that I'd really, really like to implement), my next project was a XASH3D FWGS port for the Playstation 3. Compared to my previous port, I decided to make a thread about its current status, what's left and when the first release will be. Whereas with my previous Q3 ports I would make a thread as soon as I got a playable build. Was AI used in this project? Yes, AI was used to assist me in coding. All the testing and the debugging sessions were done by me on real hardware following a strict goal-based roadmap. I also got some of the pieces fully working thanks to my previous Quake 3 port. And this brings us back to: HOW TO INSTALL: Place your valve (Half Life), gearbox (Opposing Force) or bshift (Blue Shift) inside /dev_hdd0/data/xash3dfwgs/ be sure to delete the cfg files. The game will create them automatically on boot. Latest release Current status: Half Life 1, Opposing Force and Blue Shift are playable. It's gonna use the default Gamepad layout available on Steam Crossplay with other XASH3D FWGS clients is supported TO DO: Bugfixes TFC/CS1.6 support Test the Opposing Force multiplayer side a bit more KNOWN BUGS: Torch/night vision don't work properly in non-dark areas. It doesn't affect the gameplay at all however. In Opposing Force the ropes would make the framerate drop from 60 to 52. FAQ: I put the valve folder inside /dev_hdd0/data/xash3dfwgs/ but the game crashes on boot, why? Be sure to rename it xash3dfwgs in lowercase. It's case sensitive. The game loads but my character can only move and look around! Remove the config files before launching the game. How do I use the console? You select the Console line in the menu, hit Triangle to open the OSK and hit CROSS to send the cvar. "Can you port x?" No. At the moment my main focus is to port Counter Strike 1.6, Team Fortress Classic and focus back on my Quake 3 ports. I do have other projects I am currently laying my eyes on but I'm not even at the briefing phase for each, let alone if I'm even able to tackle on them. Screenshots:

Hi all,

First of all, im Luis from Portugal, never had a ps3 until now, im more a pc person, but now with children i thought about buying a PS3 for the smallest one that likes to sing and dance.

So i bought yesterday a used hacked ps3, as i said didnt even know how it works, but i spent all my free hours reading about it until now.

Just have some questions, sorry if all this have been answered and if i still cant explain all correctly, but i need some help.

- I have Ferrox 4.80 with some programs (homebrews?) installed like multiman and some others i dont know what they do.
- From what i understand its easy to install a newer cfw like rebug4.82.2 REX i already downloaded and made the usb drive fat 32, etc and know the procedure to update.

My questions are:
There's no problem doing it as a normal update? Dont know what kind of hack was used before (CEX/DEX?).
I would like to clean all previous data and make it a clean PS3 but keeping the jailbreak, how? before or after update?
Do i have to install programs again? What are the essencial programs (homebrews?) i need to install? is there a list ? I want to run isos on usb and be capable of playing ps2 games for buzz

Hope you can help and again sorry for not taking the necessary time to have all my answers cleared, i really tried without help, but time is running out.
