hey was wondering if there is anyway to compress ps3 isos i tried useing compact gui but it kep crashing whei tried to start it in windows 11

Not as far as I know. I have tried removing assets (videos in other languages I won't use) and similars, but not all games will want to boot either way.

i am wanting to do emulation for my steam deck oled that i am going to getting soon anyway was wondering if there is a way to compress game files that have large file sizes

I believe you can through wmm, but it takes longer to load the games as they need to be decompressed first.

so what shoud i do if i want to make the file size smaller ?
