Hardware PS3 CECH-20xx Housing Shell Fan Mod ever made?

I am wondering if this has ever been made. You would think there would have been those who would look at the Slim, or even the Super-Slim maybe, and think if there was a Hole where the Fan is Located on the Housing Shell, more Air could get to the Motherboard and help Cool the System down more, for more Airflow. Has this even been looked into?

Shitty mod. If you realy want do best cooler mod - just reinstall ihs stick on cell and rsx with good termal paste
