Gaming Ps3 Black ops 2 Problem *please help*

Ok so black ops 2 doesn't work on my user if im signed in because it crashes on the Activision logo when booting and this makes no sense cause the disc is brand new with no scratches. If I open the game when I am not signed in the game works all fine but I can't go online. I tried signing in when I opened the game on multiplayer but it just crashes when it says connecting to online services it freezes my whole ps3.
It works perfectly on all the other users signed in and everything you can even play a match but that's my brothers account and I want to rank up on my own account. This ps3 is new I got it from cex it's a slim model with 320gb
Any help would be appreciated I'm so fed up with this now

Delete both of the Black Ops 2 folders by going to the Game tab, then Saved Data Utility/Game Data Utility.
Delete anything Black Ops 2 related. This will let your system reinstall the game files. Hope this works.
