Good. It's a simple choice. CFW or PSN.

Glad to see the cheaters get their just deserts.

I do understand that homebrewers are caught in this too, but most of them knew the potential consequences from the beginning.

What sort of cheat tools do CFW users on PSN get access to?
I haven't kept up lately, but last I checked there were none.

Man im soo lucky that i have installed CFW on my PS3... It got stolen (check my signaure) and now, the peeps who jacked it cant play online with all the online enabled games they took too. Take that sukerz. And to make things better, my new ps3 should arrive tomorro, with a 250 gb hard drive, sd card slot, backwards compatibility, fat. Perfect. Sucks for everyone with CFW. Im lucky i didnt decied to buy a ps3 break dongle or any other clones/dongles

there is one however is only for jp region games

but they do not need a cheat device as they can just edit game files from the dumped game to cheat along with save game editing

FuckPSN and Team Rebug's 3.60 spoofer. If you want more info, check the ps3 softmod sticky.

I sense a FuckPSN update? New 3.60 module should be easy to fake..

I don't think so. There already is a 3.60 FuckPSN and this update supposedly blocks it.

No. There was never a 3.60 FuckPSN. It was just an update to make things run smoother. Also, according to a reliable scene hacker, Mathieulh, it seems like it's quite easy to spoof this update.

I'll wait to see what the scene will deliver. Sure it'll be something very good.

There was a FuckPSN which worked with 3.60. The one which had Console ID spoofing.

Ah yes. It was intentionally made for 3.56 but just happened to work with 3.60 however. I'll have to reassure, but I am pretty sure it was that.

you have to be fair to sony since most CFW users are pirates (correct me). Therefore to use their service, follow their rules and it seems fair to me. But the message is not ethical

Hackers will just find a way around it. Sony tech is shoddy.

If they feel entitled to play free games, what makes you think they won't feel like they're entitled to playing them online as well?

I'm talking about the CoD hackers and such. You can bet your furry little tail that there will be more in the future.

Preventing their access is a smart move. Not to mention, if you pirate games, you have no business playing online.

Hopefully there'll be less of those invincible players in RDR too.
