PS1/2 PS2 phat disc tray stuck.

Well as topic says my disc tray is stuck. I tried to do the swap trick and I probably screwed up and now my disc tray won't go all the way in or out. It just goes a little bit in and out.

Any suggestions how to fix?

have you done cog swap before? or was this just a first attempt

First attempt using the guide that shows you how to do it with a retail disc with .elf files, a burned version that launches launchelf to install fmbc.

Well after breaking my warrenty sticker (like I even have any warrenty left) and opening up my ps2. I opened the disc drive and fixed it.
