Hacking PS2 on PSP Translations Help

OKay, so I know that it is possible to copy the script from an English PS2 game over to a PSP game. The question is how to do that. I know that with Way of the Samurai portable it was done so I just need to find out how. I don't know what tools to use. I was going to translate some myself but I have little to no knowledge of Hex Editing so that would be out of the question unless I had some help.

I was looking into translating La Pucelle Ragnarok, and have the PS2 iso so just need to figure out how to do it.
