Ps2 modchip

Hello, I recently get a modded ps2 slim 90004 and I was happy for it. I burned a game called ghosthunter which was my favorite game when I was a kid. I put it in the ps2 and it was working fine except some black horizontal lines that appears in the right side of tv. I tried some other games but they doesn't do that. Only with that game. I tried to burn with different discs but the problem remains. Any suggestion on how to fix that? Thanks for your time

Hi! It would help if you could show some pictures. Are you using an HDTV and not a CRT? Could be that the game only supports 4:3 aspect ratio.

Where are the horizontal lines? Are they in the black area which on CRT 4:3 TV would be the 'overscan' area?

Is the game also from the same region as your console/TV?

Have you checked the PS2's settings e.g. aspect ratio, video output, etc?

it's flashing black lines and it is doing it sometimes

It is flashing black lines I don't think this is the chip because it should do it with other games right?

Yes I have the same region I am living in. I've connecting my ps2 via scart that's the tv saying. I saw the article you metioned before, I do t think it is ps2. Fault because if it was it would doing it for other games too right?
