PS1/2 PS2 IIDX controller to PC problem

I just bought PS2-to-USB converter few days ago to play BMS.
As I connected my KOC IIDX controller to pc, then both buttons and turntable are didn't work at all.

So I opened controller driver (or some kind of) to find out what is the problem, and I saw controller registered as
'PLAYSTATION(R) 3 CONTROLLER'
and, Button 13 was keep flickering.
(button 13 is analog button on Dualshock 2)

Is my converter is broken?

Is there any way to disable button 13,
or some other way to solve this problem?

Find a better driver file for your adapter. I had to try a few for my adapter before rumble would even work on it.

Best advice I can give.
