PS1/2 "PS2 Exploit Utility 5.0 Working" NOT working

I'm trying to install Free MCBOOT on my PS2 but when I try to run it it says

How can I get this to work, or is there one already made that I can use that's already configured for a specific game that I can use?

Here's what you need. I followed this guide to the letter, and it worked perfectly.

first download the file
http://www.ocxdump.com/download-ocx-files_new.php/ocxfiles/M/MSWINSCK.OCX/6.00.81694/download.html

then unpack it and copy "MSWINSCK.OCX" to:
if you use 32bit:"C:\Windows\System32"
if you use 64bit: "C:\windows\SysWOW64\"

open up the cmd prompt (start>run>"cmd")
and put this in and press enter
"regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx"

then try the program again

It would be easier to just do it for your memory card. You don't need to softmod a PS2 console, itself, whatsoever. You just need someone who has the ability to boot unsigned code, like Swap Magic, or having FreeMCBoot already installed. ANYONE you know who has this already can do it.

Failing at that, the other option would literally be to mail your PS2 memory card to someone, have them install the files for you (literally takes three minutes), and mail it back.

But, seriously, you can just go to GameStop and get the 007 Agent Under Fire game for two dollars, used. That's exactly what I did.

All I needed was a memory card, a blank DVD and a game that cost me $1.99.
