So i want to ask you guys to see what exactly i am doing wrong, so i am playing Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix (The patched version in english) and i am reaching the boss of the Hostile Program now i already put the config file that is suppose to make this boss beatable but still not working no matter how many times i try to change the file or even download files from the internet still not working so i am sure i am doing something wrong in the process and i want to see what it can be (Here is some info regarding this my ps3 is using REBUG for custom software, i mount the games using mmCM, the config file is having the same name as the iso, the iso is in dev_hdd0/PS2ISO and the config file is there too, i am trying to use the the following configuration:

But when i put it in HxD it shows up like this:
