Hardware ps vita turn on when charged

help me.
my ps vita turn on if charged

ps vita turns on when charged. if it's not charged it doesn't turn on. .. so you can turn it on when you charge it. if the charger is removed ... the engine turns off immediately. the battery is safe. I have tried other machines. I'm sure this has a problem in the fuse. but I don't know which one. ?

Sounds like your Vita is working as intended. A Vita can not turn on for awhile when the battery fully dies.
