i really want to use ProteinDS, the sound manipulation homebrew, but i get the "guru meditation error" every time i open it. Help?

anyway are you using flashcart or TWiLight Menu++. where did you download it from. you need to give little bit more information.

Sorry to intrude. I'd like to take the opportunity to ask something, if it's not a bother.
You just reprimanded that guy for necrobumping this thread, but elsewhere it is recommended not to open a new thread if the topic is already covered in an existing one, and to post in this last one. I've always wondered, what behavior is preferable to do?

its on case by case basis really. i would recommended opening a new thread if you have a problem. but in this case the member seems to really want to post in this thread. as they a new member and i dont want to discourage them.

Agreed. Fuck opening a new thread for an old unsolved issue.
What the hell is wrong with adding a new post in an old thread to solve and/or continue an old issue.
If its that important then lock the thread.
