You are the kid, reported!!! reporter!!! jejejeje

And the people using the webkit exploit are not updated, so the telemetry is different, but the errors are the same, if they updated somehow the bans would go on as schedule
Are you that plain stupid ? People who used RCM and not updated even got banned. It is clear you don't know anything about how a system works and just want to drag everybody in your annoying childish fanboy war trying to justify your purchase. Yes everybody that has been banned has used RCM and even the ones who weren't pirating and the people using the webkit exploit didn't get a single ban so I am quite sure it has to do with RCM that is triggering a lot of bans but not all of them. Yeah we know you got SXOS running on your system, golly gee good for you now run along

I'm pretty sure it ain't about using Layered or SX OS that gets you banned but it is using RCM that will get you banned. I've seen people all getting banned that use RCM and some not even pirating games but I haven't seen a SINGLE case of someone using the webkit exploit getting banned.
RCM doesn't get you banned, at this time. LayeredFS is the main common trait in the current bans.

Is it, though? The irony is no longer in the fact you're paying for piracy. Now, you're paying for piracy using stolen code. I don't regret my SX OS purchases, but I won't lie to myself thinking this is somehow right.
Lol! Since when is piracy right? TX released an actual working cfw and backup loader, be happy and just move on. So trying to crack sx os is ok? I'm actually happy that they included a brick code as a surprise lol

Not only did you completely misinterpret what I had stated, you responded with something completely irrelevant to the initial point. Good job.

Someone explain why I should care?
SX OS buyers have been paying $20 for around half the work that was done, since the other half was stolen, and additional DRMs/brick code for people trying to reverse-engineer/crack it.

I'm not sure about that. Could be but I also saw lots of people getting banned using SXOS but haven't seen a single case of people being banned using the webkit exploit. Cannot proof what I am saying and you could be right but that's just something I have noticed

... And you may be right. I've seen nothing on the webkit exploit either. :x

WebKit exploits are pretty much unused since unnecessary currently, and the browser is blacklisted from error report dumps, as far as I'm aware.

because its illegal!!! and the devs will get mad :(
Meaningless to me, I'm afraid I have more to worry about in life than the moral ambiguity of grey-market hardware manufacturers and self important software hackers.

I'm not saying we should bring him in, but impersonate him. Impersonating Stallman is really fun and can help drawing public attention. TX may not have enough opsec to fight a very public matter. Even cops act based on how news-worthy something is.

You want to impersonate him?

The product is illegal in the US, the EU and Australia at least already. I'm not sure what you hope to achieve.

The only real way to affect TX would be to put out a pirated version of SX OS to kill their business model.

There is still a large amount of people on 3.0 using the WebKit exploit
"A large amount" is relative compared to the amount of people attempting the RCM exploit.
Nintendo could ban people for using the WebKit exploit as well, and quite easily considering it generates error codes that aren't official, which do get saved, as far as I'm aware.

And Nintendo did most of the work by providing games in the first place, but I don't see many people here defending their work.
