Hacking ProjectPegasus Updated to Version 2.0

It's been quite a while since I have updated ProjectPegasus. This update while only a minor one is definitely a needed one. All of the links had previously been broken due to Github and some weird issues on their end. I since migrated all hosting of the files to Dropbox and updated the links in the source code appropriately. All download links are now working just fine. I will likely be updating ProjectPegasus more frequently so you can all look forward to that!

hmm may I ask why you still have yet to integrate the ability to download to a folder of your choosing the code has been made available to you and a pull request has been opened

There's conflicts between the pr code and the current code. That's one reason why. Also while I appreciate the contribution it's only a minor improvement and not something that I feel is absolutely necessary for Project Pegasus.
