Hacking Project Scarlet 0.1 Beta Question

Could someone tell me how to fix the "update fail problem if i start Scarlet on winXP?

OK! managed to get it run by editing the Config.cfg,but it doesn't connect to filetrip to download the list....are there any updates of scarlet or is the Project dead?
Did i do something wrong, that the list wouldn't be loaded from filetrip?
