Or simply re-create a new 9.2 emuNAND.You can however downgrade your 9.9 emuNAND to 9.0-9.5, then perform the transfer.
(and then use FMP to go to the e-shop to update the 2DS's ticket.db)

Yes, it will work.Ok. What is the problem? sysNAND and emuNAND are not two separate things? If I do not use the gateway, but directly ninjahax on 2DS (9.2) it does not work?
Yes, it will work.
But most people tend to do all their gaming in emuNAND, it's where their NNID is, their save data, their MiiPlaza games and puzzle progress, activity log etc...
Generally people system transfer so they can keep all that stuff.
If you're not using your emuNAND, or don't care about the data on it, then doing a sysNAND to sysNAND or emuNAND transfer will be a simple straight forward process.
Then, in my case, what is the procedure that you have proposed to me is the most correct?I do not care about losing saves, MiiPlaza and Co. The important thing for me is to recover my ID with their purchases.
The
1. setup rxTools on your 2DS and Pasta on the n3ds
2. Inject FBI on your 2DS sysnand (follow the instructions inside the fbi_injection folder)
3. Launch rxmode in sysnand, use FBI to install FreeMultiPatcher
4. On the N3DS, launch the pasta CFW and install FreeMultiPatcher in here too.
5. Start FreeMultiPatcher on both console
6. Go to the system settings on both consoles and do a system transfer. (If it asks you for an update, don't do it, it means you did something wrong)
