Not the best image to try and diagnose faults from (double the res and get in a bit closer/use a scanner if you can please) but photoshop made it slightly better (unfortunately I do not have spy film grade software at my disposal).
At first glance you appear to have just removed the original solder and perhaps scorched the board (that could well be flux though), try and add a drop more solder on there to replace it.
If that does not work/is not easy chances are you have removed the trace, this is bad but not critical: I advise scaping some of the protective layer away and repairing the trace with some conductive ink.
You can then start soldering to that or you can equally install the wire to the leg on the chip that it connects to (which will be much more difficult).

If you have no conductive ink then you can solder the now unconnected component to the chip and stick the wiinja wire along that new wire.

It look baddly over heat, you need to desolder with a lower (solder 15w) remove any join...

you need to find someone professional to do something like this:

Hello,
I have take 2 other pictures of my Wii !
I want to take resin core on it in order to resolve my problem.
Look their pictures and advise me please :

the board doesnt look damaged, but it seems like you lifted all the solder of one pad. Just place your iron on it to heat it and quickly add solder(2-3 seconds max) then lift iron. Also you have to use smaller diameter wire.
