Homebrew Problems with Wii U RetroArch 1.6.4 (Please Help)

I have RetroArch 1.6.4 and I have 2 problems that need to be addressed, because nothing has helped me.

First of all, I want to add filters (like CRT or Nearest), but I don't know how to put them in.

Secondly, when I quit RetroArch, the system crashes without any reason.

Any help would be appreciated.
